Provide the affected URL, disputed passage, proposed correction and sources. The question form currently sends a contribution to the editors; submissions do not become public comments.

Examine, then record

Editors check scope and retain disagreement when evidence cannot settle it. Substantive corrections are explained and versioned. Reporting does not guarantee automatic changes or a contractual response time.
