Define scope, identify author and date where known, separate observation from interpretation, examine contradictions and check citation or reproduction rights. Source trust prioritizes review, never an automatic verdict.

After publication

Versions, decisions and corrections retain who changed what, when, why and from which source. No numerical certainty score is currently published.
